Returns
As a general rule, ph. International GmbH does not grant a right of return for food items. Customers are requested to check the delivered goods immediately for completeness and any damage. Any complaints must be reported in writing by email, including photos, to info@ka-ex.com within 5 working days of receipt. The defect will be reviewed promptly by ph. International GmbH. If the defect is accepted, the customer will receive an identical replacement item (if available). Otherwise, the purchase price of the product will be refunded.

In the case of an incorrect delivery, the disputed goods must be returned to ph. International GmbH within 10 days of receipt (date of postmark), with an appropriate note. A prerequisite for exercising the right of return is that the goods are returned complete and undamaged. Opened, soiled, or used products will not be accepted. Please also ensure that the goods are returned in their original packaging. Gift vouchers are excluded from the right of return. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

The warranty for purchased items from ph. International GmbH is limited to the guarantees provided by the respective manufacturer. Any improper handling or unauthorized modification voids any claim for replacement or reimbursement.
